Super Granulating Watercolor
1 Half Pan (Cathedral glass)
2 tubes (Green Purple, Rose Ash)

Tubes are 15 ml
Metal with plastic cap
color seems to pour easily
no strange smells

Swatch Test
Swatching on the Paul Rubens 100% cottonrag watercolor block, as this block really loves granulation.

Starting with the CMY set
Colors are quick to activate, rich, and saturated
Finely milled, satisfying to use
Direct mixing results in fairly clean mixes
Optical mixing results in
These colors are staining rather than lifting

Granulating Colors
Surprisingly, cathedral glass, the half pan, doesn't really granulate out that much? I also tried it into plain water to see if that helps. Sometimes paint drying and settling down helps a lot

Tube granulating colors:
Green Purple- not that exciting at first, but does separate out eventually
Rose ash separates the most, even in a straight application.
Most striking effects seem to be in plain water, and the color is allowed to separate naturally
With the two tube paints, I'm going to let them dry out, and reswatch them to make sure they'll reactivate.

A few days later, after the pans dried:
Takes awhile to reactivate, but they do reactivate. I think Rose Ash reactivates better than it went from the tube. If you're like me and prefer to work from dry watercolors, these will work fine.

I ordered more Super Vision watercolors- both half pans and these granulating paints, because I really enjoyed swatching them, and I want to really give them a fair fieldtest. I hope yall will keep an eye out for that!

PART 2- MORE PAINTS ARRIVED
Weeks later:
CAAM Super Vision
Mineral Watercolors:
Several colors and mineral pigments available, but I purchased the most striking (IMO)

I really like the half pan packaging bc with a little snipping, I can apply it to the half pan for reference. Nice job, Super Vision.

Wet Swatch:
So these swatch really cool ESPECIALLY while they're wet. There's definitely opacity to the colors you'd kinda expect to be more opaque (like Malachite and Vermillion, which are traditionally more opaque in Chinese watercolor palettes), and the Dinosaur Fossil Brown has a really neat darker brown undergranulation. The Lapsi is just a really nice lapis lazuli with some granulation.
I'm going to allow malachite and fossil brown to dry in half pans, and reswatch after a few days.

Granulating Watercolor
Purchased
Brown Green

Swatches from wet decently, but based on the past three granulating swatches, I'm betting these swatch better dry.

Tube colors rewet and applied nicely. The Fossil Dinosaur Brown is a really lovely color with some gorgeous granulation. Mineral Pigment Colors are fairly prone to lifting, even with a soft brush. These watercolors are probably best suited to limited layers, or final layer application, but the colors are beautiful and the granulation is really nice.

The Brown Green doesn't granulate as much from the dried half pan as it does from the tube, so using this in a semi-moist palette might be best.

The Verdict:
So far, I'm really impressed with what Super Vision has to offer.
The Super Vision Professional in Y, M, and C are VERY finely granulated. I'm looking forward to seeing how a set of 12 handles, but I have high hopes for them.

In general, I'm really excited by what I've seen of Super Vision, and have been really happy with my orders from Ali Express. I talk about this more in one of my paper reviews, but Ali Express doesn't have to be a minefield, but a goldmine.
