Reverted unit positions for PLC; Wilno now begins with an Army and Gdansk a fleet.
Turku (formerly Abo) gains a Swedish core.
Adjusted borders for Gulf of Bothnia and Gulf of Riga (credit to of_many_voices for the proposal).
Gulf of Lyon has been changed to Gulf of Lion (credit to jes_real).

Northern Africa
Redid previous cosmetic changes around Algiers on a proper version of the map. If its worth doing once its worth doing twice, apologies for the delay.

Asia
Zaisan gains an SC
The provinces of Ahmedabad and Surat have been merged, retaining the Mughal core.
Various cosmetic changes around former-Surat to adjust borders.
Burhanpur loses its Mughal core and starting unit.
Gondwana has been broken up to make space for a new Province; Arang.
Ballari now shares a border with Madras.
Kannur has gained a border with Hyderabad, separating Goa from Ballari.
Madurai now borders Ceylon.
Various Sea Tiles have have been reworked off the eastern coast of India.
Sasaram now shares a border with Bhamo.
Yongchangs border has been adjusted, gaining adjacency to Rinpungpa and separating Bhamo from Kunming in the process.
Lanzhou now shares a border with Chengdu, separating Xi'an and Xining in the process.
The border for Okinawa Trough has been extended, granting it adjacency to Kyushu.
Fusan has been changed to Busan (credit to theserjon).

The loss of Burhanpur will bring Mughals down to a 5sc starting power with a 36 Victory Supply Center Condition.
