Ingredients:
Take a pressure cooker
Moong dal 1 cup
Wash & add water 2 cups
Boil well
Take out / Set aside
Take a pan
Add 1 cup oats
Roast 1-2 min / low flame
Add water 2 cups
Salt as needed
Mix & boil well
Add cooked moong dal
Mix it well
Turmeric pow 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Cookn1 min
Transfer to a bowl
Tadka
Ghee 1 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts
Gingee pieces
Green chilli 2-3
Pepper corns
Curry leaves
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Add Tadka
Coriander leaves
Oats pongal ready
