Volumetrics in Blender 2.8

Hello guys, today I want to show you some awesome things which you can do with volumetrics. I will show you how you can create clouds a foggy cyberpunk city and how to add basic volumetric lights to your scene. This will work in #EEVEE and in #Cycles aswell.
