In today's video I talk about using a Valvoline Maxlife ATF transmission fluid for GM and ZF BMW transmission service. This fluid meets both the 7045E spec and LT71141 spec for these transmissions. This includes the 5HP19 transmission and the GM 5L40-E transmission commonly found in E46 and E39 models.
