Adenomyosis symptoms are not just “bad periods” — especially when you are trying to conceive.

In this video, I explain the adenomyosis symptom list that often gets overlooked, including heavy periods, painful periods, pelvic pain, severe cramping, bloating, clots, spotting, pain during sex, lower back pain and a heavy or swollen feeling in the uterus.

But this is not just about ticking symptoms off a list.

If you are TTC, preparing for IVF, struggling with implantation, recurrent miscarriage, unexplained infertility or heavy painful periods, adenomyosis may be part of a bigger fertility picture.

The real question is not only “Do I have adenomyosis symptoms?”

It is: what are those symptoms telling us about the uterine environment?

The uterus is the house pregnancy has to live in. If that house is inflamed, irritated, under strain or struggling to receive properly, fertility can become much more complicated than just ovulation, egg quality or embryo grading.
