NC State QB Ryan Finley | ACC Unsung Heroes

NC State quarterback Ryan Finley came to the 'Pack via transfer from Boise State. When his opportunity came, he flourished. Finley would garner All-ACC honors twice during his time in Raleigh, and made his mark in the Wolfpack record books. His 10,505 passing yards are 2nd in NCSU history, and his 60 passing touchdowns rank 4th. He is the most accurate passer in State history (64.5%) and his 140.03 pass efficiency rating ranks 2nd.
