Take a pan and pour in some milk. Let it simmer until it thickens slightly.
Add saffron (kesar), dry fruits, and a little condensed milk for that rich creamy flavour. Let it cook for a few more minutes, then allow the mixture to cool completely.

Now take a ripe mango and carefully remove the seed without cutting the mango in half to create space for the kulfi filling.
