Smolov Junior is a renowned programme and is usually used to blow up your squat, but people also use it for bench press.

I documented my experience over the 3 weeks of running this for the first time - this was legit an absolute journey and I wanted to post this to help out you lot because I know so many really want to blow up their bench fast!
