MAKEUP APPLICATION ON DRY SKIN - ILLUSION OF DEWY SKIN

Working on dry skin can be tricky because its easy to over prime and use products that dry out the skin even more, causing patches and cracks in the makeup :(

Lip Liner - Mac cosmetics Chestnut pencil & Enhanced with Inglot Hd matte lipstick 18.
