HEALTH + FAMILY UPDATE | Addressing health + generational trauma

I get to share an update on my health conditions and how I'm feeling about my progress. I share openly about the unfamiliarity of keeping consistent + disciplined in my quest to regain my health.

I also share insights on my relationship with my daughters as it relates to addressing generational trauma.

(My 90 year old day makes a guest appearance knocking on my door during recording when the sign on my door clearly says 'DO NOT DISTURB. RECORDING IN PROGRESS.' LOL I love my pops.)
