How-To Tune MTB Suspension | Sag, Compression, Rebound, and Progressivity Made Easy

High speed compression, low speed rebound, sag, progressiveness - it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the adjustments on our mountain bike suspension these days. But tuning your fork and rear shock is not only fairly easy, it's an integral part of getting your bike to feel awesome!
Here I’m going to set up my new 2021 Fox 36 Grip2 fork and explain everything along the way. By talking through this, we want to give the audience an idea of how to think about this stuff, so that you can tackle it on your own! And remember, suspension set up is not an exact science. - jot down your settings, change one thing at a time, and have fun!
