Saving Coat on a Overgrown Matted Head

Saving Coat | In this video, I demonstrate how to save some coat on this Bichon's head without any dematting or washing and blowing drying all this coat.
I use roughing shears to cut down the coat to a desired length than will determine what the finish look will be without causing discomfort to the dog and giving the dog a cute head.
There is no brushing needed before the bath. Once cut down to an appropriate length, the dog is washed, blow-dried, combed out and then the finishing.
