LET'S MAKE A BOX CAKE IN THE INSTANT POT OH YES YOU CAN

I was surprised to find out you can make a box cake in the instant pot so i had to try it.. I had made one before but not with a box mix.. I just love my instant pot.. It was pretty easy to make just pick out a cake mix of your choice and make it make sure you have a baking dish that will fit the instant pot..DON"T FORGET TO PUT 1 CUP OF WATER INSIDE THE STEAL POT Put in the pot hit the cake button and that's it 40 minutes late there is a beautiful cake and so moist melts in your mouth.. I just couldn't beleive it.. 40 minutes seemed long but it does free up your oven if your doing some cooking.. would i make it again oh yes i will now I want to see if they other flavors taste as good and moist..
Frosting recipe I used for the cake..
Creamy white frosting
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 1/2 cups sifted powered sugar
3-4 Tablespoons milk or water

Beat shortening and vanilla
with electric mixer
slowly add half of powered sugar
mixing well
then add 2 tablespoon of milk or water
gradually beat in remaining powered sugar
