Let's have fun with Rust! Can we add lockdep to Arc??

Hello everyone, Asahi Lina here! Time to do some super special Rust experiments with Linux!! 🚀

We want to be able to catch deadlock bugs in Rust code in Linux, and one of the things that came up when discussing this is adding magic lockdep support to the Arc type in Linux! But to do that cleanly, we're going to have to use some super special Rust tricks and maybe even use some assembly code... 🦀
