Câmara de Lobos - Madeira Island Portugal, September 2020 | Ep. 25

We visit the pretty fishing town Câmara de Lobos which is located on the south-eastern side of Madeira, close to Funchal to the east and the cliffs of Cabo Girao to the west.

Câmara de Lobos is best known for the fishing of the night dwelling Scabbard fish.

It's a quite small town and can easily be seen in a couple hours with an extended visit to the nearby cliffs of Cabo Girao with the second highest glass viewing platform in the world at 580 metres, which offers spectacular panoramic views.
