Bag 1 of the LEGO Minecraft The Fox (21588) gets this series started strong. We build half of the main body section, and the techniques are way cooler than expected. The internal structure is tight and clever, and once the outer plates go on you get this super crisp, studless shell that looks amazing in person.

The shaping already sells the fox silhouette and the colour blocking is spot on. There is also a random pink brick inside the body and I have no idea what it represents in Minecraft, so if anyone knows, drop it in the comments and help me out.

A very fun start and a great sign for the rest of the build.
