How to Make a Balloon Popper for Gender Reveal | DIY Balloon Tutorial

Hello Balloon Makers,

Here is another DIY Balloon Tutorial that is perfect for the gender reveal party. The giant black balloon popper has been a huge hit now a days in revealing your baby's gender.

Here are the supplies that I used:

* blue and pink Tissue Paper (from Dollar Tree) to make the tassel
* 4 pink latex balloons 12 inch
* 4 light blue latex balloons 9 inch (or 12 inch)
* 8 grams of mixed light and fuschia pink paper confetti dots
* 4 small pink latex balloons 5 inch
* 1 3ft. Black Balloon with "Boy or Girl" print
* 10-15 cubic feet of Helium
* Curling ribbon
* Qualatex Dual Action Pump
