Underwater Search and Rescue Expert Gene Ralston Discusses Recovery Operation on Willamette River

With the help of two of the best underwater search and rescue specialists in the country, divers with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office recovered the body of mixed-martial artist Saul Gallegos Ruiz from the Willamette River Monday night, while at least 100 of his friends and family members waited at a Milwaukie boat ramp to hear the sad news. He had been missing since a kayaking accident on April 16.
