Hearts of the Ocean a 2 Sided Resin Art Project. A cost effective way for people to own a piece of my art at a cost effective price that is ideal for gifts. Sounds simple right?

Far from it, it has turned out to be so intricate, frustrating with lots of learns once I focused on my second side. Let break it down, you are trying to stop fluid from dripping down on to you other piece of completed art over a period of 6 hrs. Your have taped up the edges and sides but Resin will always find or any gaps and ways through. Once its leaked its all over and you are back to the drawing boards to fix the mess. Sigh. LOL.

There were moments when I nearly threw my toys out of the pram and walked away never touching Resin again. Sounds dramatic, hell yes. LOL. Yes it does, I go so sticky, hot, frustrated and swore so much but I have learned so much and still appreciate each piece.

I decided to still show you the video and the Hearts as there is still beauty in them even with there imperfections. I will give it one final attempt to finish each side to get them the best they can be.

I haven't given up on the concept but sometimes you need to know when its time to walk away from some pieces or leave them for a considerable amount of time......and move on to the next project.
