Arguably the most important stakeholder in Sport Integrity is the player, and it is globally accepted that young athletes must be given access to education and resources around integrity from a very young age. With this in mind, this session will aim to look at the journey and relationship that young players in India have with the concept of integrity and if the sports ecosystem has succeeded in equipping the players with the required knowledge and access. What are the key challenges, still faced on the ground in implementing integrity practices, particularly learnings from sports like cricket and football?
