Required Skills:
Proven experience as a MERN stack developer or similar role.
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and client-side scripting libraries.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Understanding of database design and management using MongoDB.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and implement robust solutions.
Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front end and back end.
Implement effective and secure data storage solutions using MongoDB and other databases.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team collaboration.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.

Nice to Have
Experience with InfluxDB, Redis, GraphQL, Neo4J, MySQL, etc.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
Understanding of serverless architecture.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in MERN stack development.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful MERN stack projects.
