SM Prime invests ₱6-B to redevelop SM Harrison Plaza | ANC

Market Edge: SM Prime is investing more than 6 billion pesos to redevelop SM Harrison Plaza in Manila, with a flagship mall scheduled to open in 2027. This forms part of SM Prime's 150 billion peso mall investment program running from this year through 2030, which includes major redevelopment of 16 existing malls and construction of 12 to 15 new lifestyle malls.

The redeveloped Harrison Plaza will have an estimated gross floor area of over 200,000 square meters, comparable to SM City Davao and SM City Clark. Harrison Plaza originally opened in 1976 as the country's first one-stop shopping mall. In corporate earnings, Costco Capital reports flat earnings for 2025 at 16 billion pesos, up 3 percent, while revenues rose 11 percent to 262 billion pesos.

The board approved a 20 percent regular dividend and 10 percent special dividend payout totaling around 2.8 billion pesos, reflecting a dividend yield of 5.77 percent. Bank of Commerce posted record income of 3.54 billion pesos for 2025, up 17 percent since its 2022 IPO.
