Caleta de Fuste Fuerteventura Update July 2021

We went to Caleta de Fuste to meet up with someone so I took the opportunity to take a quick walk around to see how busy Caleta is at the moment as I have been asked to do a Caleta de Fuste update video a few times recently.

Hopefully the situation may improve after 19th July with more Brits allowed to come without having to quarantine on their return.

As suspected, it is still quite quiet, even though I was there mid-afternoon. Clearly it may be a little busier in the evening but judging by how few people there were on the beaches on such a nice warm, sunny day I suspect it wouldn't be that busy even then.

I started off by the beach and then walked to Caleta marina. I then drove to the Castillo Centro area for a walk where Fado Rock was one of the restaurants open. After that I headed to the El Castillo shopping centre where there was very little open, even Pieros Cafe seems totally shut.

Hopefully British tourists will be allowed back soon - but sadly I have been saying that for a year now.
