Here's the thing: anyone can put flowers, a garnish, and a napkin on a tray. The real skill — the one that separates a good corporate flight attendant from a truly exceptional one — is knowing which ones belong. Low, scaled pavé florals, not baby's breath. Fresh herbs, not dried parsley. A cotton or linen cocktail napkin (an actual Forbes Five-Star standard), not a busy paper print.
