There are so many issues here. Where do we start? We took a taxi from Martha's Vineyard pier to the airport. The first issue was that the driver asked what airport are we are going to. There is only one on the island. Then soon as the car started moving the gages started going crazy. If that was not enough he let go of the steering wheel and looked up directions.
