Launch Pad (Macintosh - 1994) by Berkeley Systems | Full Walkthrough

Launch Pad was a piece of software released for Macintosh and Windows in 1994. It functioned as an alternative desktop geared toward younger children, ages 3-10. It allowed parents to essentially lock down their computer via a password, giving children a fun and accessible desktop with limited access to documents and applications. Parents were able to restrict which applications or documents could be access by children, so that their children could use the computer without fear of deleting critical documents or generally making a mess of things.

I grew up using this as a young child on my parents' Windows computer, and recently went hunting for information about it, which seems to be scarce on the internet. I couldn't find a full walkthrough of the application, so I figured I would archive it here on YouTube. I was able to get this running on a modern Macbook Pro using macintosh.js.

Do you have any memory or experience with this game? Let me know in the comments below, or if I missed any animations or features of the program!
