Motherboard M.2 SSD Heatsinks, Yay or Nay?

One of the interesting things I noticed while building my new desktop is that the ASUS TUF X570-Plus motherboard I bought only came with a heatsink for one of the M.2 SSD slots. Looking at other boards, it seems like this configuration isn't uncommon among mid-tier priced boards, and only whe you get to higher priced tiers do all the M.2 slots come with heat sinks. This got me wondering, should I get a heatsink for the one that didn't come with one?
