RV Air Conditioner Leak Prevention | Adding Thread Lock To The Bolts

The title says it all! This a must-do project for ANY roof mounted RV air conditioning unit.

Adding BLUE thread lock compound will prevent the bolts form working loose as you travel.

I've had my bolts come loose twice on my RV. The second time it happened I added thread lock. This video details how to do it.

Do NOT use red thread lock, use blue. RED is permanent and will lock the bolts in place, never to be removed again.

SAFETY NOTES:
