UA Law Student Files Suit Against Arkansas State Trooper For Unconstitutional Stop
Dashcam video shows the moments a University of Arkansas law student says he was unconstitutionally pulled over by an Arkansas State Trooper.
The student, Marion Humphrey Jr., 32, has former US Attorney Connor Eldridge representing him.
