What makes you a stronger and better person | ARIUNBOLD Lkhagvajav | TEDxDarkhan

Ariunbold Lkhagvajav is one of the best inventors and engineers of Mongolia as well as director of the management board at ‘Mongol Bazalit’ LC. He graduated from Ural State University in the ’90s and has been working as an engineer for 20 years. He had done making things such as glasses, stone fabric cotton, and so on during his university years. After graduation, he came back to his country and worked as an engineer at the Mechanical factory in the Army. Work there was tough and his boss had always pressured him into doing things, at that time he hated his boss, yet now he’s grateful to him for helping Ariunbold to become disciplined and firm which helped him to get where he is now. Here are some messages he wanted to deliver to youngsters:
Your mistakes will make you a stronger and better person don’t be burdened or be ashamed about your inability to do something or your life circumstances at the present. Instead, regard it as one factor to help you to achieve what you want in life.
Attitude is one of the most important reasons to decide whether you will be hired or not. Finding a person with the right attitude towards their job is the beginning of the development of the company. Compared to that we can acquire knowledge quite easily now so being knowledgeable is not as much important now
Don’t delay anything. If you keep delaying things you’re supposed to do, or you want to do, you’ll be just losing opportunities to succeed.

Vice president of Mongolian National Construction association
