How To Make Healthy Oven Baked Fries

Take a couple of large potatoes and cut into wedges. Don't bother to peel them!

Wash the potatoes to remove some of the starch and pat dry.

In a bowl, place the potatoes and add a couple of tablespoons of Sunflower oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Thyme or your own choice of herb.

Use the back of a knife to press onto a clove of Garlic to release its oils. Add this to the bowl.

Mix and place all the potatoes in a oven tray leaving a gap between the potatoes.

Cook at 220 centigrade (440F) for 35 minutes or until crisp.

Tip out onto some kitchen paper to remove excess oil and enjoy.
