🔥 WEEK 6 – SUMMER SWEAT KICKOFF! 🔥
Welcome to Week 6 of the Summer Sweat Kickoff Series — your final full body workout that combines strength training and low-impact cardio for maximum results in minimal time!
This at home workout is designed especially for women over 40, with options for all fitness levels including those navigating menopause or perimenopause.
💪 Workout Format (No Repeat!):
5 Combo Strength Moves – 45 seconds each
3 Rounds
After each round: 3 Cardio Finishers – 20 seconds each
Low-impact modifications included
Light/medium dumbbells optional – or try it as a no equipment workout!
This is a low impact HIIT workout that builds strength, improves endurance, and supports hormonal health. Let’s finish this series STRONG!
