Making Japanese Food With Chinese Ingredients
Shanghai chef Masanobu Yoshimizu uses locally-grown Chinese ingredients to make classic Japanese dishes. In this video, he travels to the mountains of Yunnan Province in southwestern China to hunt for wild mushrooms and learn how to cook with preserved ham.
