concept inspired by soozu pomodoko's "a burning hill" about niki nihachu (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwyRr0sEwdo&ab_channel=pomodoko). basically i went "haha i know another song with the word burning in the title that suits the other half of team rocket's villain arc. haha. ha. i gotta do it".
