I have made a small attempt here at sharing my story in response to the hundreds of emails and private messages I receive from you on issues of bullying, relationship breakup pain, financial debt, depression, sadness, loneliness, attempting suicide, insecurity, alienation or even just a feeling of being lost and alone in the world. I hope you realise I am not in a position of authority or in any way an expert, but I am someone who cares about removing the stigma and supporting anyone dealing with mental health issues.
