I went through 3 vehicles to find the perfect tow vehicle for me. I think you want your first tow vehicle to be your last tow vehicle. You will save bunch of money. Here is my real quick thought on finding that perfect tow vehicle. It is really simple if you think about it. It affects your safety and comfort so it is not something you want to take on likely. One thing I forgot to mention in my video was tongue weight capacity of tow vehicle which falls under knowing your towing capacity/requirement. You need to make sure that your towing vehicle has appropriate tongue weight. (many people forget about this). I think you want to test drive your potential tow vehicle with your trailer if it is possible. Although towing capacity numbers seem very close between Tacoma and Sequoia, driving experience was like day and night. It wasn't hunting for gears going up and down the hills and Sequoia towed with ease.
