2019 SUPERVISOR TRAINING - CHALLENGE CLIMBING THE ONE HUNDRED PEAKS

Different from the past, 2019 Supervisor Training, Huei Tyng Group CEO Mr. Ritter Tsai lead the employees of supervisor level to climb Shihmen Mountain. He also encouraged them to climb Hsuehshan’s east peak together to practice the corporate culture of "Unity, harmony, health and happiness".

In addition to the beauty of the scenery along the road, colleagues expressed they are very touched because of climbing the One Hundred Peaks in the two days and one-night trip. Vice president Mrs. Mandy Lin said, "Climbing the One Hundred Peaks is not only the challenge of individual physical strength and perseverance but also the spirit of helping and caring for each other and never yielding." She emphasized that only by promoting the flying-geese model to create team value and mutual encouragement and support to be faster and easier to achieve goals.

Through the process of climbing the One Hundred Peaks, CEO Mr. Ritter Tsai mentioned that practice corporate culture with colleagues and advocated that "the company should unity working together and encourage each other to be able to unite the heart." He is also expected the employees will develop a good habit of self-motivation. He said that physical health is not only a responsibility to the company but also to the family.
