Vintage Story Mod – Pipes and Power Expanded (trying to explain steam power)

The industrial revolution requires more power, so we are here to provide!
Original steelmaking mod had placeholder mechanical blovers and I always intended there to be steam powered ones, since that's what was actually used in 19th century steelworks. Unfortunately, to implement that I also had to implement the whole steam power thing...

This mod adds pipe networks (moved from Steelmaking Expanded), water boilers and modular steam engines, that can do different block depending on placed submachine. It is a standalone mod, since you can use steam power to produce mechanical power for other vanilla machines, but it is intended for use with my steelmaking mod!
