APES AND CHIMPS HUNTED ILLEGALLY IN AFRICA

Heartbreaking to see these beautiful, intelligent animals hunted because 'bush meat' is considered a delicacy in some parts of the world. They are our closest relatives in the animal kingdom.
I accept raising cows, pigs and poultry as food sources, tho' I wish the majority of people would eat a vegetarian diet, perhaps supplemented by eggs and fish as sources of protein.
The person behind the majority of this poaching is known to the relevant authorities, but they do nothing to stop it.
Much respect to the people in this video, who do everything possible to protect, nurture and give these animals a safe, appropriate place to live.
