For International Women’s Day 2020, we celebrate the women on our staff. Mirele Griesius Mautschke, Country Manager, DHL Express, Brazil, says once she decided to move to the next level in her career, she has always felt she has had the support of her managers. “They were there helping me to develop and believing in me.” To succeed as a woman in logistics, she says ”always be yourself, be authentic all the time.”
