I am writing this video from the location we share at the end of today's video. We are about to spend our second night in this beautiful, vast, desert. It was very hot today the hottest temps we have faced since last summer in the bus conversion. But we are happy to be among the warmth! After a solid 6-months of winter in our skoolie, we couldn't be more thrilled for the change in climate. This morning when we woke up, we began to think of a plan to get the bus unstuck.. it widdled down to asking the construction crew up the road in the morning if they can give us a little tow a few feet back. Our neighbors in this off grid BLM land have been very sweet and even gave us some water in case we can't leave tomorrow to go stock up on provisions. We are staying calm and confident that we can get the bus out in the morning with ease. Ya know, but life adventures are not always perfect. In fact, a lot of the time it can be a bit stressful. But I've learned now to be aware of how much of it I let bleed into my everyday mental sphere. It's pretty easy to get grounded back in gratitude when you get to see views like this throughout the day. We are lucky. We are grateful. We are blessed.
