Shame and guilt are the two lowest frequencies of human emotion. These emotions go against the most basic truth of ourselves as creators and beings of Divine Love. Heal your Heart and mind from shame and guilt and empower yourself as a creator in life.

We as human beings experience a wide range of emotions. At the top of the emotional energy / frequency spectrum is blissful Divine Love, which is the feeling present when we are in Oneness with all life everywhere and with Source Consciousness. At the bottom of the emotional energy / frequency spectrum is shame, the emotion we feel when we feel separate, unworthy and do not want to be alive. Guilt is an emotional energy one step above shame and having many similar traits. The difference is that guilt is related to what we do as creators, while shame is related to who we are.

The emotion of shame is built on the belief that we are not worthy of love or life. Shame believes that we are not good enough to create and that we are not deserving of life. Shame causes the human energy system to shrink down to it's lowest levels of life energy, with just enough to continue a meager day to day existence. Shame may even lead to suicide or subconsciously created terminal illnesses like cancer of HIV / AIDS.

Guilt is an emotion very similar to shame. The main difference is that guilt focuses on what we have done a creators; what our actions have been. Shame focuses on who we are as human beings.

Both shame and guilt can be transcended and conquered once and for all. The method taught in this Channel Higher Self video is very direct and very easy to put into practice. At the core of this method is the learning of and acknowledgment of a few fundamental truths about who you are as a soul in the human experience.

By understanding the reality of your relationship to life, you can remove the illusions, falsehoods and lies that shame and guilt are built upon. And you can ascend to higher emotional energies / frequencies based on the truth of who you are.
