Suspension adjustments: The Basics (Tenere 700) 1/3

In this instructional video é share with you everything I've learned about motorcycle suspension adjustments, and since it's such a popular motorcycle, I've decided to use the Yamaha T7 as my test subject!
So lets learn how a suspension works, how to adjust it and what is the pre-load, the rebound and the compression ;)

I am not an expert in suspensions or mechanics, but this basic knowledge I'm sharing with you will definitely help you understand this a little bit better and give you the tools to adjust your own motorcycle and to benefit from all the suspension technology available to us nowadays.
