Along the River Elbe

The big river “Elbe“ I know since I was a child. In 2014 we decided to travel this river by boat from the montains around my hometown Dresden down to Hamburg, where it ends into the ocean within 7 days. Unfourtunately we stoped after the 5th day because of very bad weather conditions.

It was interesting to see my own country from the perspective of a river where you sometimes feel lost in nowhere...
