Sugar 7.5g｜1Tbsp
Instant yeast 3g｜1tsp
Bread flour 250g｜1,3/4cup
Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Unsalted butter 30g｜1/8cup

Mozzarella cheese 500g
Olive oil as needed
Grated parmesan cheese 2Tbsp

Sauce
Olive oil 1Tbsp
Onion 50g｜1/2pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Red pepper flakes 2tsp
Dried oregano 1/2tsp
Diced tomatoes 1can | 410g
Salt 1/4tsp
Sugar 1/2tsp

Pan 15cm 2

Bake at 220°C｜430°F for 18-22 minutes
