In this video, I showcase my custom PCB badge design created for the “12 Years of Innovation with PCBWay” contest.

Instead of using a microcontroller, I designed a pure hardware-based LED chaser circuit using a 555 Timer IC and a Johnson decade counter to create a dynamic 20-LED animation forming the number “12”.

Features of the badge:

• Adjustable LED speed using potentiometer
