Asymmetric capacitor operating in high vacuum_v1.wmv

This is a test of an Asymmetric capacitor device similar to a Lifter, but with only one out of its three sides. These test were conducted to show that Asymmetric capacitor devices can and will produce a thrust under a high vacuum in the 10^-6 Torr range. It's not all just Ion wind. Feel free to replicate what you see. This is a real candidate for Breakthrough propulsion physics.
