Nobody updates our architecture diagram

Claude Code connects to the team's Kaavit board over MCP. After a change to the code, it reads the repo and the board and proposes the diagram update. Anything that changes what's already on the board comes in as a suggestion, and nothing lands until someone on the team accepts it.

The agent that changes the code proposes the diagram change. A person approves it.
