Why Did Everyone Stop Playing Diluc?

Why don't people play diluc anymore? This was a question I've had for a while and I decided to hop on genshin impact and see for myself if there was a reason for people dropping him. Diluc was my first 5 star character so it sucks to see people not using him anymore.
